Finish coating can be added to effectively decorate the appearance and beautify the aluminum veneer material, making it more suitable for the needs of architectural decoration.

        At the same time, aluminum veneer material can avoid direct contact with the external air, so that it is not subjected to acid rain, pollutants, etc., to delay the aging of the material. The thickness of the general topcoat should be controlled in 20-30 micron.


         The third step of aluminum veneer coating is the finish coating treatment. Varnish coating is also what we often say varnish coating. The main reason for varnish treatment is to increase the anti-invasion ability of the coating to the external environment, better protect the integrity of the finish coat, enhance the gloss effect on the surface, and maintain the bright color. The thickness of varnish coating is generally required to be about 5-10 microns.


         The final step of aluminum veneer spraying is the solidification treatment as a consolidation effect, that is, the further consolidation of the three layers of coating, so that it has a better decorative effect.

This step requires the aluminum alloy to be kept in a curing furnace for high temperature consolidation at a temperature between 180 and 250 degrees Celsius.
