Aluminum honeycomb plate is also called plywood. Honeycomb plate is a plate made of two aluminum plates firmly bonded to both sides of a thick honeycomb core material, also known as honeycomb sandwich structure.
1. Lug type:
This installation method is the separation type of lifting lug and honeycomb plate. After the lifting lug is processed separately, it is connected to the glue joint position of honeycomb plate. The suitable width of glue joint is ≥ 12mm. This installation method makes the processing simple and the installation convenient.
2. Flanging type:
This installation method is that the aluminum honeycomb panel is processed with the flange for installation. The installation only needs to comfort the connection with the keel and the glue joint. The suitable glue joint width is ≥ 10mm. This method is convenient for installation, but the processing is slightly complicated, and it is not applicable to the modeling curtain wall panel.
