1. 2. Primer coating: as a primer coating for sealing substrates, its role is to improve the anti-penetration ability of the coating, enhance the protection of the substrate, stabilize the metal surface layer, strengthen the adhesion of the paint and metal surface, can ensure the color uniformity of the paint coating, the thickness of the paint layer is generally 5-10 microns.


3. Topcoat coating: Topcoat coating is the key layer of spraying layer, is to provide the decorative color needed for aluminum, so that the appearance of aluminum to meet the design requirements, and protect the metal surface from the outside environment atmosphere, acid rain, pollution erosion, to prevent UV penetration. Greatly enhance the anti-aging ability, top paint coating is the thickest layer of paint coating in spraying, paint layer thickness is generally 23-30 microns.


4. Glowing lacquer coating: Glowing lacquer coating is also known as varnish coating, the main purpose is to more effectively enhance the anti erosion ability of the paint layer, protect the finish coating, increase the metallic luster of the finish color, the appearance of more bright color, dazzling, coating thickness is generally 5-10 microns. The total thickness of the three spraying layers is generally 40-60 microns, which can be thickened for special needs.


5. Curing treatment: three spraying layer generally need two curing, aluminum into the curing furnace treatment, curing temperature is generally between 180℃-250℃, curing time for 15-25 minutes, different fluorocarbon-coating manufacturers, will according to their own coating, to provide the best temperature and time. 6. Quality inspection: Quality inspection shall be in accordance with AAMA-605.02.90 standard. Strict quality inspection can ensure high quality spraying products.
